We created adult dance offerings because WE ARE YOU. We are the parent, the juggler of many jobs, the entrepreneur, the dance teacher, the student, the boss, the worker, the spouse, the human.

We know life can be hard, lonely, or overwhelming, but we also know time for yourself and moving your body in community can contribute to good vibes, laughter, joy, love, support, self care, and self worth. So we created RNS for you, for whatever you may need.

Nice to meet you.

RNS is the creation of Caleigh Hunter (rhythm) and Desiree Webb (soul). RNS was founded in 2016.

We adore what we do. Dance and movement has been a part of our lives since we were tiny tots and we look forward to every second we can spend with you in movement. With a wealth of knowledge about movement, dance, and the body, paired with an intense love for community and cultivating human relationships, we created RNS for you and we can't wait to dance with you.

We truly believe that by providing dancers with education and inspiration, our communities will be that much more empowered through dance! Our vision is to inspire and educate people of all ages, shapes, and abilities to gain self-confidence and self-worth through movement, creativity, and dance. We strive to create an environment that is free of judgement, is inclusive, and is passion fueled, and as a result creates confident, positive, and passionate dancers, performers, and people.

We recognize and acknowledge that we are privileged to work and create on the territories of the LƏK̓ʷƏŊƏN and W̱SÁNEĆ people.  We welcome opportunities to learn, un-learn, listen, and understand ways we can make impactful acknowledgement and change.

We recognize the profound interconnectedness between dance and culture. Dance is not merely an art form but a living embodiment of histories, experiences, and traditions. We honor the intricate threads of Black history woven into the tapestry of dance, celebrating the resilience of artists who broke barriers to share their craft on the global stage. We embrace the colorful diversity of Latin American history that enriches our dance traditions. We honor the invaluable contributions of the queer community to the world of theater and dance. We recognize the importance of lineage in dance—a lineage that carries the wisdom and legacies of generations past. In our pursuit of understanding, we commit ourselves to unraveling the intricate histories of movement that shape our identities and communities. By honoring the past, we empower ourselves to better show up in the present and shape the future of dance with intention, integrity, and respect. May we continue to dance with humility, gratitude, and a profound sense of connection to the histories that have brought us to this moment. With respect and appreciation, RNS Dance
