About your performance class.
This class is for those who love to move in a variety of genres! If you love the stage and you call it your home, then level 3 production class is for you! You will work towards 1 longer performance piece that incorporates jazz, sass, theatre, and contemporary, along with playing with the idea of storytelling for the audience. This RNS performance class works with all of the different choreographers so that you're building the team while also exploring multiple genres!
Level 3: Advanced. This level is designed for professional dancers, competitive dancers, working dancers, and dance teachers. Expect fast paced choreography and experienced movement languaging. Faculty assumption is that dancers are able to execute high level technique in safe and technical manner. This class registration requires application so we can ensure we are supporting you by placing you in the correct level based on experience.
*RNS performance classes run from Oct 6- May 30. This is a weekly class. No classes Dec 20-Jan 4. Show date May 30. Includes weekly classes (2 RNS teachers), photoshoot, video of your dance on show day, monthly newsletter to keep you updated, performer gathering part way through the year, and access to a google drive with everything you need to know! No performance fee, what you see is what you get ;)
