PROCEDURES

Safety first, dance second.

Please refer to government regulations and protocols surrounding Covid 19. Our full PHO approved class guideline can be found below. We are inside "Quadra Sport and Fitness" which also has their own plan for facility safety which can be found by contacting Quadra Sport and Fitness.

Please answer the following questions. If you answer YES to any of the following please stay home and visit us again when you feel healthy.

1.Are you experiencing any of the following: fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath/ difficulty breathing, body aches, head aches, loss of taste/smell, or sore throat?​

 

2. Have you come in close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of covid-19, been asked to quarantine, or asked to self-isolate in the past 14 days?​

 

3.Have you  traveled outside of Vancouver Island in the last 14 days?

 

4. Have you been asked to quarantine or self isolate?

HOW IS RNS KEEPING YOU SAFE?

*We ask that you print and sign your waiver before coming to class or e-sign and email to rhythmandsouldance@gmail.com to limit touch points such as clipboards and pens

*All bookings of classes are made online prior to coming to class 

*Our facility partners have taken the highest approach to cleaning and have employed many strategies to ensure the safety of all who enter the space (please see facility websites for further info)

*Hand sanitizer will be available for all who enter the studio

*Bathrooms will be available in the facility and our regularly cleaned

*Masks are required when in all common areas (not required while dancing)

*There are marked out spaces for you to dance in so that you dance in your own bubble (8ft+ space)

*Physical distancing procedures are laid out in facility and in studio

*All touch points and floors (handles, doors etc) are sanitized between each class

*Limited spaces available based on safe physical social distancing protocols (7 clients per class)

*All choreo has been constructed in a way to ensure you stay within your own space and is low-intensity

*Doors open 10 minutes prior to class start time. Please wait in your vehicle until this time to limit amount of people in the hallway

*We have provided an online option for anyone who is unsure if the studio is the right fit for them. If you would like to join us for movement from home you can join the online membership series (RNS Sweat Series)
